1. The Prs licencse for any music should be supplied by the venue and not by us SJKaraoke

2. All bookings are paid in advance via bank transfer and full reciepts are supplied (unless agreed otherwise)

3. All fees are priced on a individual basis (subject to how many hours on site and travel distances from Cardiff)

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately we all know things happen out of our control if you cancel up to 4 hrs before the booking you are entitled to a free credit to another available booking agreed by both parties If SJKaraokes needs to cancel you can either ask for a instant bank transfer back to you or a free credit for another available booking agreed by both parties.
